Shipping policy

Every piece is finished and packed by hand. This policy explains how orders are sent and what to expect once yours is on its way.

When your order leaves

Pieces ready to ship leave the bench within 3 working days. Pieces handcrafted to order take longer, up to two weeks; each product page shows the date its piece leaves, and an order leaves together when its last piece is ready. Each piece is packed in a pouch and box.

Shipping costs

Shipping is complimentary on orders over US$300. For other orders, the shipping options and their cost for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Destinations and delivery times

The countries we deliver to, and the delivery options for your address, are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, write to us.

Duties and taxes

Orders are sent from Hong Kong. Deliveries outside Hong Kong may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country.

Tracking your order

When your parcel ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow your order from your account, where you sign in with a code sent to your email address.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email us at morrowandloom@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as long as they have not shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Details are in our refund policy and on our shipping and cancellations page.
